One of these two, and you are the one who makes the decision.
I do my best to live by this saying. Now it is not always easy as it requires putting myself in situations where I am either outside of my comfort zone or I spending my time reading or attending meetings/seminars, when I would much rather be at home on my couch.
However, I believe that I cannot stay in the same place in life and I am either moving towards my goals, dreams, and aspirations or I am moving the away from them. To me this is dying.
My formal education ended when I graduated college, but I believe that my education and your education after college is far more important. You see no one is taught how to make money, how to keep money, and most importantly how to grow money.
It is up to you to learn this and practice this on your own. Yet many people don't accept this personal responsibility and there fore most people are either broke or two missed paychecks away from being broke.
So why am I bringing this up... I often find myself, as a wealth coach, seeing other people taking an opportunity to not only grow their net worth through investing in real estate and being a part of the Income for Life membership, but also more importantly growing as a person
For me, this is an extremely rewarding experience.
On quick example: One of my members here in Chicago, who works in maintenance for a large laboratory, is just finishing up buying his third property in three months.
Now what is more exciting about this story, other than the fact that he now owns over $650,000 worth of real estate and is receiving over $400 a month in positive cashflow, but the growth it took him to get to where he is today.
As a middle age guy with a wife and two kids, my investor never dreamed of actually being a real estate investor. He told me that he never thought he was either smart enough, brave enough, or had enough money to play with the big boys, and just into the local market.
It was amazing how he underestimated not only himself, but his ability to grow as a person at the age of 48.
But, with some time invested, a coach by his side, and a supportive family and spouse, he was able to conquer those fears and actually pull the trigger not one time, but three times in three months.
It is amazing what we all can do with some determination and some guidance.....
